 2 Detangle with Care: Always detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or fingers, starting from the ends up.
 3 Avoid Heat Damage: Use heat protectants before styling. Limit heat to prevent dryness and breakage.
 4 Deep Condition Regularly: Nourish your hair with deep conditioning treatments every 1-2 weeks.
 5 Protect at Night: Wrap your hair in a satin or silk scarf or use a satin pillowcase to reduce friction and moisture loss.
